Join us here at Radio Hartlepool!

Ever listen to the radio and think “I can do that”? Then great news!  At Radio Hartlepool we’re looking for volunteers for all different kinds of positions.

We are based in Middleton Grange Shopping Centre, and whether you like being in front of the microphone, have experience in advertising or promotions, or just like being behind the scenes in reception or office, there’s a position here for you that fits in with your day-to-day life.

Don’t know what to do?  Well don’t let that hold you back.  Here at Radio Hartlepool we will give you full training, free of charge.

Radio Hartlepool’s new home at Middleton Grange

Radio Hartlepool has finally moved premises! We started out on FM in our York Road studios and have called it home for the past 14 years, however we needed to move with the times and following an extensive fit-out and upgrade plan we’ve finally moved into our new home.

We’re located on the 1st floor of Middleton Grange Shopping Centre with our two broadcast studios, office space and all our technical equipment fitting into our new unit there.

The new studios were officially opened on the 20th January 2023 by PFC Trust founder Frances Connolly who has donated towards Radio Hartlepool to help with the refit and move to Middleton Grange.
